Audit Trail Archiving

Audit Trail archiving can be enabled and scheduled to help maintain your records retention policies. Contact your representative for information about audit trail archiving.

NOTE: If the Search Archive Data checkbox is selected, the system displays records that are active and archived.

Setting up Audit Trail Archive Retention - MSSQL

Follow the steps below to set up Archive Retention for Audit Trail (MSSQL)

Locate the Jobs folder in the Microsoft SQL Servers hierarchy.

Open the Archive using DBO entry.

Click the Steps tab
Click the Edit button to edit the job.

Edit the command to specify the new archive interval.
Click OK to exit.

To change the archive schedule for audit trail archiving in Oracle, run the ActiveJob.sql script from DBScripts\Oracle\AuditTrailArchive, following the instructions contained in the comments in the script.
